Terms and Conditions for Participating in the Contest

The following terms and conditions apply to all contestants of "Bollywood Raagas Song Performance Contest":

1. Bollywood Raagas Song Performance Contest is open to participants who have Swar Taal App on their Devices. The Participants may be vocalists or instrumentalists.

2. Since this is an online competition, contestants will be judged on material sent online.

3. The entries would have to be done within the dates mentioned on the Registration page of the Website - Bollywoodraagas.com. Any entry after the end date will not be entertained, under any circumstances. Also, the exact "Swar Taal App Contest Instructions" as laid out in the Bollywoodraagas.com website on the "win a Contest" page will have to be followed, failing which Bollywood Raagas would be in its rights to disqualify an contestant.

4. The judges of Bollywood Raagas would be the sole judges of the contest. The judgement will be made exclusively upon the Video received. The decisions of Bollywood Raagas on all matters related to this Contest are final and binding in all respects. The individual judges votes and opinions are strictly confidential and will not be published. If enough number of contestants do not participate, or if the quality of the videos is inadequate, the judges may choose not to award any participant.

5. Applications of minor musicians must be filled and submitted by their parents or legal guardian (tutor).

6. The Contest entry is free of charge.

7.Each candidate agrees and permits Bollywood Raagas to  process their personal data and use it  on the website or Social Media or any other communication and publicity materials of “Bollywood Raagas Song Performance Contest”. Also, the participant gives consent to Bollywood Raagas, to use the video content created for the contest, in any manner it deems fit and necessary. The consent of the processing data of minor contestants will automatically be given by their parents or legal guardians, upon application.

8. By applying, the participant accepts the regulations, the general policies, the terms of use, and the privacy policy of the competition.

BY REGISTERING TO AND PARTICIPATING IN THIS COMPETITION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE FOREGOING RULES, TERMS, AND CONDITIONS AND ALL SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND THEREBY.
